Acetyl Hexapeptide-8

This polypeptide made up of naturally occurring amino acids has powerful skin-beautifying capabilities. Its mechanism of action is somewhat similar to that of Neurotoxic (BTA) A, but its effects are milder, and painful injections are not necessary.Acetyl hexapeptide-8works by disrupting specific pathways to inhibit muscle contractions, which can dramatically reduce the appearance of wrinkles. In one study, women who used cream containing this peptide showed an average decrease in apparent wrinkle depth of 27 percent after just 30 days. Some showed decreases of between 50 and 60 percent.

Dipeptide Diaminobutyroyl Benzylamide Diacetate

Dipeptide diaminobutyroyl benzylamide diacetate, also known as SYN-AKE™, acts in a somewhat similar manner as the venom from a snake called the Temple Viper. This Stemuderm ingredient, however, is completely safe, and contains no poisons of any kind. It relaxes facial characteristics, which makes it particularly effective at reducing the appearance and effects of wrinkles caused by repetitive muscle contractions. These kinds of wrinkles include laugh lines, crow's feet, and frown lines. A clinical study found that using SYN-AKE for just 28 days reduced the visibility of forehead wrinkles by up to 52 percent. Participants also showed a dramatic improvement in skin smoothness.

Acetyl Glutamyl Heptapeptide-1

Muscles contract in response to messages sent via proteins by the neurotransmitter acetylcholine, and repeated contractions are one of the main contributing causes of lines, furrows, and wrinkles. Acetyl glutamyl heptapeptide-1has the remarkable ability to disrupt the proteins that carry messages and interrupt the pathway that leads to muscle contractions. This helps keep muscles in a relaxed state, which can dramatically reduce the visibility of wrinkles.

Palmitoyl Oligopeptide

The primary benefit of this peptide is its ability to increase skin's elasticity and make it stronger so it is better able to withstand stress and resist damage. Palmitoyl oligopeptide contains a matrikine, a type of compound that has the astonishing ability to stimulate the repair and renewal of the extracellular matrix. Pentapeptide-3& Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7 (Matrixyl 3000)

This key Stemuderm ingredient composed of polypeptides has two matrikines that stimulate the production of elastin and hyaluronic acid, both of which are found in abundance in youthful, smooth, firm skin. In a study that lasted just under two months, women who used Matrixyl 3000 showed a 45 percent decrease in the surface area that appeared to be occupied by deep wrinkles. Malus Domestica Fruit Cell Culture

The vital component of this rejuvenating serum is stem cells taken from an extremely rare apple found in Switzerland. Directions Of Use

After cleansing and toning, apply to face, neck and décolleté. Apply a small amount of Stemuderm to your fingertips and lightly massage with a circular motion into the skin focusing on lines and wrinkled areas. Apply each morning and before bed each night to protect, nourish and maintain hydration. As with any highly effective product, your skin may need time to adjust. Begin applying this product every other day for the first week. After one week, begin following the daily routine.

Important Dispensing Directions - This Product Uses An Airless Pump

This product has an airless pump dispenser which uses a vacuum system to dispense the product. When using your airless pump for the first time, you will need to prime the container by pumping out excess air. To prime your pump, cover the opening where the product comes out of with a finger and at the same time pump slowly about 10-15 times. This will help to push extra air out and get the pump working correctly or "jumpstarted". If at anytime your air pump stops working, simply repeat the priming process.

    I’ve tried tons of other anti-wrinkle lotions but this is honestly the best anti-wrinkle treatment cream I’ve ever tried. I’d be forward enough to say this is the best anti-wrinkle treatment you can get in a cream. I’ve used this for over a year now…I’ve repurchased multiple times and I wanted to leave my updated long term review. Of course it’s not instant like botox but it’s not invasive either, and my skin glows and my deep wrinkles are smoothing out. Still so happy with my results!
